so..here i am, not able to sleep. So by having nothing to do...i've decided to watch musicvideo on youtube...lol Its been a while i havent kept up with the music world...especially for my all time favorite singer: Jay Chou. This guy is sooo damn talented! Love him so much! Today was such a long day at work. Since I've begun to work as a part-time cashier, I've gained so much experience of work by seeing regularly ''abnormal'' clients. Or i must let my kindness go...and say FREAKIN SHITTY STUPID AND RETARDED BITCHES AND JERKS (Clients) . =)

Okay, I've worked at boxing day....or those freakin 50% off on everything promotion, etc. And most of the time, i do not know how, but those stupid clients have the power to piss me off to death. BUT, im someone who can tolerate stupid people at a certain limits because im well-educated, not like those stupid fools that lacks every manners to live as a person! Grrrrrr Im soo pissed that i don't even know how to start my day......

Anyways, I think most of my readers are young people, and probably most of you have already work at a public place which you've to serve clients? Seriously, did you already been pissed to death by them? I dunno if its only in my case or what...but it seems like some clients seriously think they have the right to do WHATEVER THEY WANT, like they're the god of the universe!!!!! And act like im their freakin slaves and i've to lick their shoes or what? Oh my freakin god!

Okay lets make my entry a bit shorter ahahah that's what i HATE about clients:

1. Stupid clients that ask me 198247365183523756247524529437582365825 times how much is the shirt when they are shown just in front of them. I do not complain when a client ask me about the price of 1 or 2 items, but when it comes to 10 and more........come on!!!!!!! Are they freakin blind or handicap or simply too lazy like a pork to lift the pricetag or what? DAMN!

2. FREAKIN clients that take the wholeeeeeeeeee clothings of the stores leaving a disaster behind, and then realised THAT NOTHING WAS ON SALE. And got pissed at us because they CAN'T READ that its written everywhere SALES ON SELECTED ITEM ONLY and just leave everything on the counter and look at us like we've just kill their family members.

3. Annoying clients that comes and shout freakin out loud ''WHATS ON SAYYYYLLLEEEE???? IS THIS ON SALEE? OH NO? AND THIS? IS THIS ON SALE??? NO??? U HAVE NOTHING ON SALE OR WHAT?????? AND THIS ON SALEEEEE???? SALEE???SALEEE???? SALLEE??????? S-A-L-E-E-E-E-E-E-!!!!!!!!!!!''........................................................

4. Stupids clients that came in when there's a freakin rush in the store, and every salesperson are very very busy, first thing the client says is: ''WHATS THAT? THERE'S NO ONE TO SERVE ME OR WHAT????????? WHAT THE HELL IS THAT SERVICE????? I NEED HELP! HELLO??????!?!?!?''........take a freakin look bitch, we're not octopus, we've 2 arms and 2 legs THATS ALL!!!!!!!!!! Sorry if we weren't born with 10 arms to serve all of you. I'll give u an advice, go f*ck yourselve while waiting for help. okay? :) (sorry for my language...but when it comes to clients, me too have no more manners.)

5. Okay, now this is something which is really concerning me, cashier, since all of the above is mostly for our poor salesladies. Bon....i guess most of us have already returned or exchanged or even get a credit note for stuffs right? But before doing this....do you guys read the policy probably written on the back of the receipt ? Well, i do...since...since i know how to purchase stuffs by myself hahah. Sometimes, when i really want to have a refund..I admit it, I'll try even if its written NO REFUND on the bill. haha But, i've said..I'll TRY! If it doesnt work...fine. Its not the end of the world...nor the fault of the store cause everything was already written black on white since the start. I'll simply say: '' aw...ok fine, sorry for bothering you guys..thanks anyways. =)'' BUT I'll NEVER EVER INSULTS THEM OR SAY THIS IS THE STUPIEST POLICY EVER, ETC. But that's what I've got as comment for most of the time as a cashier. T_T
Seriously, what's the point of pissing me off by saying our policy is stupid? Do I look like the one who set those policy? Do I look like the one who can manage to change all of this ? And everything is written very clearly on the receipt!!!!!!!! PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!! geez.........!!!!!!!!

Story 1:

Okay, let me tell u guys a story about me and one of those stupid clients.
There's a lady who came today to make an REFUND for some gifts she received. She don't have any receipts nor gift receipt. But she wants her freakin refund. Here it goes:

Stupid lady: Hi, i would like a refund for this. (A shirt and a pants for kids)

Me: Sure, do you have the receipt?

Stupid lady: oh no, i don't.

Me: Gift receipt?

Stupid lady: no no, i've nothing.

Me: well, without a receipt, i can't make a refund for you..sorry about that. How about an exchange? Go take a look! We've so many cute clothing for kids!

Stupid lady: um...no i want a refund! U really can't? please!

Me: i can't...sorry...okay wait, i'll ask my manager if you like to...hold on.

Stupid lady: okayyy

Manager: what does she want?

Me: A refund without any receipt......

Manager: no we can't.

Stupid lady: (she hears us) how come no? what's that service? do you know how to serve a client?! (talking to my manager)

Manager: im really sorry, but that's our policy...we cannot refund without any receipt!

Me: im really sorry about that, but seriously, you could take a look! We've so many nice clothing! =)

Stupid lady: I CAN'T!!!!!!!! I don't have time!!!! Do you understand???? I leave all my kids in the car all alone! They are very very young and they're alone in the car!!!!!! I don't have time to shop!!!!! Do u understand????

Me: .........................(u leave ur kids all alone in the car ? are u retarded or what?)

Stupid lady: OK OK ANYWAYS, I'LL GO TAKE A LOOK THEN.

Me: okay, no probleme take your time! (i thought her kids was all alone in the car...um...)

Finally she found two shirts and made an exchange of it...................
Is she retarded or what? I don't know if she really leaves her kids alone in the car or what...but if its true...........she's really stupid to yelled at me like IM THE ONE who's too stupid to understand its dangerous to leave kids in the car. lol She shouldnt do that in the first place! Omg.

Story 2:

This wasnt concerning me....but it was a classic hahha

So a client called at our store to check for a dress or something like that...i dunno the details. But all i know is that the clients was so stupid to understand what we're saying...and since we're having a super rush in the store, we seriously do not have time to fool around on the phone with some ''prank call''......pfffff So yea, the freakin clients was pissed because she was obviously too stupid to understand what we're saying, and then shouted: DO YOU KNOW FOREVER XXI EVEN HAVE A LINEUP IN THE STORE? DO YOU KNOW HOW BUZY THEY ARE?...........................so our poor saleslady was speechless.......she were like: O_O what? im sorry....this isnt forever xxi....And then the client shouted again on the phone: YOU KNOW WHAT? IM TELLING YOU YOUR STORE IS LOSING THEIR CLIENTS TO FOREVER XXI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM TELLINGG YOU, THEY WILL TAKE ALLL OF YOUR CLIENTS AND YOUR STORE WILL BE CLOSED IN NO TIME..ETC...ETCC and then she simply hangup on our saleslady? wtf? AND i must say, our saleslady wasnt MEAN AT ALL! she was really nice on the phone.........so yea, that lady on the phone what a total bitch even tho i havent heard her voice. hahaha

Anyways, hopefully, i love my job. I love seeing how people could be so disgrace and act so foolish in front of the public. They're impossibly stupid and retarded. Lack of manners, impolite...simply disgusting, ew. And im not even working in a cheap clothing store...well for me Mexx isnt cheap at all! So yep, im a cashier at mexx! How could that bitch on the phone compare forever xxi and mexx? is not even the same style.................seriously, I prefer forever xxi so much more. HAHAHAHAH =$

Okay, so a few weeks ago, Queenie told me she's watching a taiwanese drama called ''Fated to love'' and she's definitely in love with it! So i asked her if the leading guy's hot? She said she found him super hot! hahah So I google a bit for the drama..and found that guy..Ethan Ruan..a bit above average...that's all. Also, i can't even differentiate him and that singer from 183 Club, Ming Dao, i thought it was the same person at first =__=''

Anyways, so a few days have passed, i was bored, so i've decided to watch this drama ''Fated to love'' And then, i was becoming more and more obsessed with this Ethan Ruan! hahaha *blushing* loll Usually, when i watch a romance/ comedy drama..i always found the leading role guy super hot. But this is because of his role, those typical wealthy, handsome, caring and funny prince charming. And we all know those are definitely fiction characters. lol But this time, im obsessed with ETHAN, and not his role (okay, i must admit his role HAS an influence for me..)

he was a mannequin at first, which mean his definitely HOT from head to toe. =)

So now back to my life story, this morning i was supposed to work at 11am until 9pm..but when i was waiting for the bus for going to work, my manager called me and told me to work from 5pm instead of 11!!!!! So yea...i came back home, wasting 2 bus tickets...and then decided to update my blog. hahaha =) Not so bad this time uh? i made an update in less than 1 month!

Anyways, last sunday i went to Ottawa with friends. We went to a labyrinthhh! It was a blast!!! But got almost 20 mosquitos bites.........it kills me for almost 4 days. Pure Focus vs. Pureness ?

Seriously, im considering to get a whole set (well....only the cleanser, toner and moisturizer) of products either from Lancôme or Shiseido....im hesitatinng arghhhhhhht! I love the Pure Focus mattifying fluid....i've got it as a sample and try it on...and im loving it! But if i've to spend regularly 60$ on a moisturizer (and i've a large face hahah).....i don't know if i'll survive. hahah But....it will cost me more if i've to go to a beauty salon to fix my scars right? So....maybee the fluid worth the price. =) However, the Pureness line is also very tempting...and i'm not sure if its cheaper too.. Arght. Im such an undecided person...=((

Also, i want to try this soooo bad as makeup remover:

I've read many good reviews about it, same for their eyelash tonic which is on sale on their website right now! I also want to try their Eye Bright cream...ummmmm very very tempting.

I want to changeee the look of my room before school starts! (September 2nd)
My bedroom is really tiny tiny....and the worst? I don't even have a window. So if there's a hurricane outside, I'll never know until my computer's turn off because we're running out of electricity. Between, i LOVE THE SUNLIGHT. so it sucks yea to lack a window in my bedroom!!!! However, i do not complain too much, because i know some people don't even have the chance to have a bedroom alone for themselves......=T Or even a roof to live under......so yea. No complain. =((

Okay, so what's my plan? PINK PINK PINK!!!!!!!! oh...did I already mention i love Pink? that's how xPINKIEbella came from....its pretty lame i know. But im running out of idea. hahah
So yepppp i want to paint on one of my wall....ALL PINK! (yep only one cause i only have three walls and want to keep two white walls.) Ok, let me explain: basically, my room isnt really a ''bedroom'' but a big living room. So my parents decided to separate this living room by two (one side for my older broother where he have the WINDOOOWW T_T) and the other side is for me. Our room is separate by a huge bookcase and wardrobe.

I don't know how....by having such a tiny room, im able to create....a super duper messy bedroom. So now that I want to change the look of my room...i really don't have any idea of how to rearrange my stuff!!!!!!!!

Bad news =(

Okay...sooo my mom has planned to go back to HK this christmas with me and daddy...(+ my bf was going to come tooooo finallyy =(((......) BUT, since she wants to go back at the same time with my aunt from Australia....well, my aunt changed her mind and wanted to go on march/april instead....BUT I'LL HAVE SCHOOL at that time....T_____T So my mom convinced her to go on next christmas 2010.......I've waited 3 yrs since my last trip to HK...and have to wait another yrs? aaaaaaaw =((((((( And my bf was going to come tooooooooo =((((( I've never went farther than Toronto with my bf...even if its going to be with my parents, i don't care...at least we're at another continent!!!! but...but...have to wait for another year.....T____T I MISS HONG KONG SOOOOOO MUCHHHHHHHHO MUCHO! And also miss my grandparents & family there =( However, there's a good side too........i didnt save enough for the trip yet. lol So with one more year to save....it will be much better lar.....T_T

New love i've got from TO:

Fiberwig mascara....it seems like this mascara is one of the best in Japan for several yrs =O I've tried it...and OMG yes it is amazing. but what i like the most from it....is that it is extremely easy to remove! Only with warm water.....and all is gone within seconds! Strongly recommended to try!!!!! =D

Also got the BRTC bb cream....use it a few time, love it too! Oil control is not amazing, but notbad though...but since my T-zone is almost impossible to control the oil excess...im not complaining lol

Okay now back to my fav topic: FOOD!!!!!!!! hahaha

So one day, im craving intensively for SUSHIS! so what i've done? I picked up the phone and made an order of this:

And on another day, i woke up my cooking skill...and done a fried rice! ME + THE WOK? miracle!!!!!!!!! but i did sumthing eatable =D im so amazed hahah

I dunno what happend to my cam...but the lenses are kinda blurry...=T

Ingredients:

- Rice
- 1 egg...(im running out of egg on that day...and wonder why my rice are still so yellowish? haha secret to be revealed soon..)
- Ham
- Chopped onions......lots of onions.......onions.....lots lots onions.(i heart onions)
- Shallots
- SECRET: I wanna add some corn...until i found out that i've opened a CREAM CORN instead...uh oh. I don't wanna waste it...so tried to add a bit of it...at first, the rice turns out so creamy..i thought i totally screw up my fried rice.......but turns out pretty well after a while..ouf! (And tasty too hehe)
- Add some peppers, salt & spicy soja sauce

I was so proud of my chef-d'oeuvre that i took so many pictures of it and even kept some for my bf hahaha he said it was good :)

Anyways, oops almost forget to mention..........IM DONE WITH SUMMER SCHOOL!!!!!! hehe :)

So my last post said that my circlelens has arrived...so yea I went to pick them up! I've ordered a pair or Honey Wings and Nudy Blue....however, none of them really showed up on my eyes once i wear it since my eyes are really dark.........but on picture with flash it shows up pretty well...But got no picture yet. hehe wait till next post maybe? :)

Last week I went to a mini grade school gathering...well, it was a mini reunion of only me and two others friends, we went to mbox (karaoke) for the happy hour of 9pm to 3am...but since it was a thursday...we went home at around midnight. We had lots of fun....i havent seen them for a while...and is always good to see our old friends from kindergarten right? =)

For the week-end, I went to the Montreal old-port to watch the 25th anniversary fireworks opening...and all I can say is..........it was really boring LOL We didnt event stay for 15 minutes and went to a walk instead...I tried to take a few pictures of the fireworks...since my camera got an option for firework..and i never tried it before, I got all excited to take some picture.........and results as a complete failure. And then, we end our journey by going at my Bb's house with Queenie and her prince. We decided to watch a movie...and the guys went asleep in no time; however, we, the girls watched the whole movie. It was such a nice and sad movie...''Butterfly Lovers'' starring Charlene Choi and Wu Zun. I wanted to watch it since i knew they're making a movie together! And finally got the chance to watch it! Im loviiiinnng it so much! I know that Butterfly Lovers is a famous chinese legend......and got so many version of it ..but i must say this version is the best i've ever seen!!!!!! Every single scene of it are so beautiful..........but so sad at the end. Oh well..if u already heard about this legend, u should know how they would end.....but the beginning of the movie was so funny and cute, i thought maybe they'll change the original ending? but no....however, im still loving it! Wu Zun was not my favorite one from Fahrenheit, i loved Yalun and Jiro so much better....but after this movie, i went crazy for Wu Zun ! LOL He's so HOT!!!!!!!! hahah every parts in him is just too perfect. =) Not mentionning his cantonese also melts my heart, lol so cute!

Okay, now let's blah blah on my recent purchases hehe :

Revlon nails polishes....Buy one get one free =) So i picked two right away...i was hesitating between two grey...and then my friend found me a very nice shade, it is like a metallic hotpink...it was also the last one! I didnt even saw it...thanks to Queenie! :)

The good thing is the cosmeticians cut the lashes as a like...because i want something really natural...not too voluminous, but long and defined =D And since im a newby for that...she showed me how to apply it and put it on for me ! hehe...love it! :)
